Training app

The training app that connects coach and athlete

The coach programs, the athlete trains and logs, and the feedback from every session goes into the next one. Strength, running, HYROX and CrossFit, in English and Portuguese.

The cycle behind every session

  1. 1

    The coach programs

Builds the session from the exercise library and the athlete's history.

  2. 2

    The athlete trains

Follows the session set by set, with the exercise video and a rest timer.

  3. 3

    Session feedback

The coach receives the weights used, the reps completed and the session rating of perceived exertion (RPE).

  4. 4

    The next session adapts

Progression increases the load when the athlete is ready and keeps it steady when something isn't going well.

Who it's for

Athletes with a coach

Get today's workout on your phone, see the weight you used last time, log every set and message your coach. Athletes invited by their coach use the app for free.

Athletes training on their own

Build your own sessions with the same engine coaches use, follow a running plan by pace or by effort, and record your runs with the phone's GPS.

Coaches

Build sessions in blocks while seeing each athlete's last load, pain and injuries, track who trained, and manage your clients' plans and payments.

Gyms, CrossFit boxes and running coaching groups

Athlete accounts are managed by the business, and coaches join by invitation. Classes, workout of the day, group runs at each athlete's own pace, and a manager dashboard. Training Science also writes weekly programming for boxes.

Science, explained

The app's running rules are based on research. Each rule shows the coach its value, its source and its confidence level.
